Class 100 Laminar Air Flow Cabinet
Laminar flow cabinet is used to prevent contamination of sensitive hard drive parts, while the drive is disassembled, during the head replacement process. A laminar air flow workstation is a closed cabinet fitted with HEPA filtered air flow system. Here, laminar means unidirectional constant flow of air with almost no or minimal turbulence. The air flow velocity remains between 0.3 m/s to 0.5 m/s. These laminar air flow cabinets are class 100 standard specifically designed to keep airborne particles such as dust, hair, skin flakes, and microbes from causing significant physical damage to a drive resulting in unrecoverable data.

Head Replacement Tools
Head Replacement tools are a safe and simple technique to replace hard disk heads. These tools ensure that the head is replaced without any touch. In a few simple steps, heads may be moved from a donor hard drive to a patient hard drive. During head replacement, the heads do not come into contact with one other or the platters.
Head Replacement Tools for Western Digital, Seagate, Maxtor, Toshiba, Samsung, etc.
- Supports 2.5" and 3.5" types of HDD with 1,2,3 or 4 platters.
- Supported Western Digital HDD Models are Sabre53, Sabre58, Odyssey, Atlantis, Kermit, DragFly2, DragFly3, Sadle G6, Tornado, Raider, Hawk, Hawk 2, Starling, Zeus, Zephyr, Mariner, Denali, Shasta, Shasta 2d, Mckinley, Firebird, Shrek, FBlite, Vivaldi, Tahoe, Kermit.

Head Unstick and Replacement Tools (E-Type)
Head Unstick Tools can be used to unstick the heads from the platters and move them to the ramp safely and easily. The objective of these tools is to reduce the danger of platter damage during the unsticking head operation. Heads are raised above the platters and securely brought back to the ramp with the help of the tool.
Head Unstick Tools for Western Digital, Seagate, Maxtor, Toshiba, Samsung, Hitachi, etc.
- Supports 2.5" and 3.5" types of HDD with 1, 2, 3 or 4 platters.
Platters Holder
The Platter Holder 3.5" and 2.5" is intended to allow data recovery specialists to safely store and check platters from 3.5" and 2.5" drives while removing them from the hard drive assembly.
Platter Extractor
A Platter Extractor tool keeps all of the platters aligned and synchronized while they are being removed. It is a critical instrument that permits the removal of all platters at the same time while keeping them aligned. The tool enables the transfer of platters from a failing drive to a working one, allowing data recovery.
Work Bench
Hard Disk Repair Work Bench is a handy tool for any hardware data recovery operations. It provides robust support for all procedures such as head replacement, platter changing, and magnet dismounting. Hard Drive Repair Work Bench is completely compatible with the Laminar chamber. Work Bench is compatible with (P)ATA and SATA 2.5" and 3.5" drives.
Data Recovery System
The Data Recovery System is the best hardware-software solution for diagnosing, repairing, and recovering data from damaged HDDs with SATA (Serial ATA) and ATA (IDE) interfaces from a wide range of brands, i.e. Seagate, Western Digital, Fujitsu, Samsung, etc. It supports 3.5" desktop hard drives, 2.5" and 1.8" laptop hard drives. FAT, exFAT, TFS, HFS+, APFS, EXT2/3/4, XFS, ReiserFS, BtrFS, VMFS, UFS1/2, ZFS, DHF4.1, WFS0.x, and virtual machine images are supported file systems. It can support hard drives with sizes ranging from 500MB to 8 TB.
The Data Recovery System is a three-port tester-board that is placed into a PCI-Express expansion slot and includes 2 SATA ports (up to 133 MB/s data transfer speed) and 1 PATA port (up to 100 MB/s data transfer speed). SATA0 is the primary port, and SATA1 is a secondary port that can switch with the PATA port. The Data Recovery System allows two drives to be connected at the same time - the first port is for SATA, and the second may be used for either SATA or PATA (it depends on your needs). As a result, you may operate with either 2 SATA drives or 1 SATA and 1 PATA drive simultaneously.
